This is an exciting opportunity for aClient Relationship Executive to join a progressive, growing company who pride themselves in giving the best service to their clients and customers. The Client Relationship Executive will be building telephone partnership relationships to increase business activity. The Client Relationship Executive should be customer-focussed, passionate about providing the highest possible service levels, and ensuring long-term relationships are developed and maximised. Key Responsibilities: Re-engage with dormant accounts to understand why they are no longer using the service Strategic management of client relationships Develops trusted relationships with a portfolio of customers to ensure competitive advantage, after developing a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements Maximise sales and manage market share from within your portfolio by identifying any business that the group isn’t getting.
