Description The key responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant position will be to but not limited to; Provide support and cover to Payroll and Expenses Manager Process Credit Card and Petty Cash Returns Reconciliation of Credit Cards and Petty Cash Assist in the production of Inter-company Journals Be responsible for banking cheques and cash receipts Reconcile supplier and other creditor accounts on a regular basis Profile The successful Accounts Assistant will have come form a background in Payroll, as assisting with the monthly Payroll will be essential to the role, you will be required to calculate back payments and pay changes. Any other experience in a finance role such as processing invoices, handling petty cash and carrying out credit card and bank reconciliations will be highly desirable. You will have a keen eye for detail, a professional manner and a thorough approach to your work. The ability to communicate with others in the organisation in a friendly and professional manner will be essential as this is a varied role where you will be interacting with a variety of teams.
