Overview
One of the largest Japanese opticians is currently recruiting a Customer Sales Staff at their London branch in the central of London. Type: Full time, Permanent Working hours:10:00 -19:00, shift 5days/wee Mon-Sat Hourly rate: £9 start will be increased depends of your performance Start: ASAP Location: central London Roles: Greeting customers who enter the shop Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for Being responsible for processing cash and card payments Answering queries from customers Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers Keeping the store tidy and clean Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays The personal skills that are required for the job: Good knowledge and understanding of optician business Some work experience at opticians Business level of fluency in English Having a friendly and engaging personality Comfortable working with members of the public Should have a confident manner Must be helpful and polite Should be of a smart appearance and articulate Understanding of Japanese would be advantage (not essential) All applicants must have the right to work in the UK as the Company is not able to offer visa support.
