Overview
The role: Are you a sales driven individual looking to progress your career in a frontline, fast paced sales role? Our client are an innovative and nationally represented Insurance Group looking to recruit a self-starter to join their established internal sales account management team. If you have a track record in sales and want to join a company who will clearly map out your career path for you then this is the opportunity to drive your career forward. The Job/Duties: Manage and develop the relationship with a panel of brokers ensuring sales are maximised. You will be a key member of the account management team, tasked with growing the revenue from the panel. Enhance the company’s standing and presence establishing and maintaining strong personal relationships with key directors and staff at the region’s most important brokers. Be involved in individual products and sales campaigns as instructed by the Sales team. Work collaboratively with other parts of the organisation, to ensure a first class service to all brokers and partners. Long terms career prospects are significant, with the intention being this position will lead into a full Business Development Manager’s role which is an external role, including company car, significant salary uplift and bonus. The Benefits: A basic salary of up to £27,000 plus an exceptional bonus and benefits package, combined with an unprecedented opportunity for career growth. The Person: You will already have a track record of internal sales ideally from an insurance environment. Ideally you will have some insurance experience, either from personal lines (Home, Motor, Travel, Pet) or commercial experience. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
