Area Sales Manager - Major Projects, Tool & Plant Hire Tool Hire - Manchester £32,000 - £42,000 (Excellent Bonus, Vehicle, Pension). Fantastic earning potential and Regular salary reviews. We are recruiting a Key Account Manager / Business Development / Area Sales Manager position for a well-known and respected Tool Hire and Plant Hire company covering the Manchester Region. Working on Major Projects within the Greater Manchester area this is a great opportunity for the right individual, someone who has the drive to learn, develop their skill set and ultimately become very successful. Full mentoring and training is given. We are looking for a true Sales Professional from the 'tool hire' sector or the construction sales / building supplies sector (however excellent sales professionals from outside the tool hire or construction sector will certainly be considered). It is ALL about the person. Someone who will deliver on promise and back up in actions what they say they'll deliver. You will be working on Major Projects within the Greater Manchester Region; those projects with a build cost of circa £300m and you will become their partner providing all their tool hire, plant hire and crane / lifting equipment. Working on relationships with the Sub Contractors and Main Contractors. You need to be thick skinned, ambitious and driven. A real people person who can develop fantastic relationships with customers. It is a very fast paced role where you will be trading all day long. It will be hard work but a lot of fun along the way. We need a construction sales professional from the Construction sector and Building supplies industry. Tool Hire, Plant Hire - the 'Hire' sector would be preferable but by no means essential.
