Overview
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring the Enrolments Team, implementing quality metrics to improve team performance, and owning the end to end sales funnel. Your analytical skills will enable you to make informed decisions and offer recommendations to key stakeholders driving commercial plans and optimising new and existing sales channels. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Analyse and manage the sales cycle making data driven to improve conversion rates Ownership of the CRM strategy to optimise the sales funnel Create and identify new sales and distribution channels (Corporate and B2B) Manage the Sales & Enrolments team, setting clear targets to drive better performance and enhance the customer journey Lead the customer retention strategy EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Minimum of 10 years' experience of B2C sales Full CRM management Experience of managing a successful sales team Coaching and mentoring skills Analytical skills Distinct Recruitment Privacy Policy
