We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Manager to join our team. About the Role This role is the main driving force for the success of our business, and as such, it demands the highest levels of professionalism and integrity. You will be rewarded with an extremely competitive commission structure with earning potential of up to £45k plus and a company car Reporting into the Sales Manager, you will be providing support to the sales team and be responsible for building and presenting deals to the customer, following qualification. It is important that you understand all aspects of financial and insurance product regulations to ensure accurate information is given, naturally building rapport with customers quickly and easily and able to treat customers fairly, monitoring finance performance against budget, identifying and addressing shortfalls, working with management to coach and develop the skills of the team to achieve business objectives, logging all activity to monitor performance, measure outcomes and provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager. About You We are looking for someone who has previous experience within the automotive industry as a Business Manager. Someone who can demonstrate the ability to works well under pressure and has excellent relationship building skills. As this is a customer facing role you will be passionate about delivering FANTASTIC customer service, just like us If your application is successful, we will undertake employment checks prior to you joining us. This will include a Standard DBS check , Adverse Financial check, Driving Licence check and Reference check as you will be dealing with Financial Products.
