Payroll Coordinator Job paying £23000-£25000 per annum on a Permanent basis Your new company Your new company involves a long standing worldwide institution. They are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their medium sized team. Your new role You will be responsible for preparing and processing monthly payroll, producing P0, P5, P11D's , PSA and other HMRC records. Additionally, your new roll will consist of the following duties; managing staff queries and company affairs with HMRC, and completing monthly salary, tax, and social security reconciliations. Identifying and implementing process improvements, organising current procedures, and implementing any other changes beneficial to the team and the company are key obligations. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have 3 years' of payroll experience with comprehensive knowledge of UK Payroll and current statutory legislation to be eligible for this job role. A Batchelor's level degree and computer literate - proficient in Excel and experience in using MS Office products is also required. Having a thorough understanding of Pension auto-enrolment and having the ability to identify and set priorities in an ever changing workload is imperative.
