Our services operate in various locations throughout the Hampshire area. We are currently recruiting for: Reference: IAOMar20 ICT ADMINISTRATION OFFICER Hours: 18.5 Hours Per Week Salary Range: £22,603 To £24,341 Pro Rata Per Annum (NB: Pay Award Pending) Location: Southampton (But With Travel Within Hampshire) Closing Date: Fri 03 Apr 2020 (Before 9.00am) Interview Date: W/C Mon 20 Apr 2020 As an ICT Administration Officer your responsibilities will include: Help manage the IT Service Desk with support from the Head of Digital and IT support provider Provide remote diagnosis and fixes for 1st line queries Assist in the Audit and Process reviews for organisational systems Providing IT training and assist in CRM Development Procurement of Hardware and Software Licences If you have an IT qualification or relevant experience in providing IT support, sound working knowledge of IT applications including Microsoft Office and relevant databases, experience of MS Exchange, Active Directory and Citrix environments and good communication skills then this could be the role for you.
