A temporary Accounts Payable role based in a medical charity in London.Client DetailsA well-known medical charity based in London.DescriptionThe successful Accounts Payable will be responsible for:processing invoicessetting up new supplier accounts and being a point of contact for supplier-related queriesmonthly reconciliation of statementsweekly BACs and CHAPs payment runsProfileThe Accounts Payable will need to be immediately available for interviews, and have previous knowledge of working within a Not for Profit organisation.You will need previous exposure to the system OmniLedger to succeed, and both organisation skills and an ability to work in a high-pressure environment are essential to the role.Job OfferAn hourly rate of £15-£17 p/h dependent on ability and previous working knowledge of the duties the role requires.
