A children's charity based in London is looking for an Accounts Assistant to take on a full-time temporary role within a fast-paced environment.Client DetailsA children's charity based in London with good transport links.DescriptionThe successful Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:processing regular payments including invoices and expensespreparing accruals and prepaymentsreconciling payments to supplier statementsmonitoring petty cashProfileThe Accounts Assistant will be immediately available for interviews, and have previous exposure to working within a similar position for a Not for Profit organisation.You will be a confident user of different accounting systems, namely Agresso, Sage or Quickbooks, with an ability to work under pressure within a team-based environment.Excellent levels of communication and organisation are essential for this role as you will be dealing with budget holders and a high task load on a daily basis.Job OfferAn hourly rate of £11-£14 p/h dependent on previous exposure to both the duties the role requires and a history of working within a similar industry.
