This is your chance to play a part in the fundamental change we are striving to achieve. About the roles As an Advice, Support & Guidance Worker, you’ll conduct initial interviews at the advice centre, outreach sites and over the telephone in order to ensure our clients can access and sustain their accommodation, improve financial resilience and health and thrive in their community. When applying please indicate which role you are interested in: Star Partnership This is a pan-London housing and homelessness project working with Londoners over the age of 25 which aims to help up to 5,000 people a year in partnership with Thames Reach, Stonewall Housing and St Mungo’s with Shelter the lead partner.  This service is delivered through a mixture of channels including telephone, face-to-face and digital. North Kensington Project This new project was set up in response to the fire at Grenfell Tower. Since the tragedy we’ve been working on the ground alongside local partners, supporting households on a daily basis. And we’re campaigning to make sure that a tragedy like this can never happen again. In this role you will split your time between two Shelter offices in Hackney and Islington and also spend time working in the community in Kensington & Chelsea.
