Project based sales to Housebuilders and M&E Consultants Huge opportunity to be a leading part in a rapidly growing company, established for 5 years Exciting business with phenomenal experience in senior leadership team YOUR CAREER : If you have previous construction sales experience to the Housebuilder sector then this represents a great opportunity to join a leading specialist in the pumps market. Future opportunities are in place for ambitious candidates here. THE ROLE: As Area Sales Manager in the North of England, you will be selling the full "one-stop" solution of design, supply, installation and maintenance of pumps and pumping stations for largely residential wastewater applications. Your time will be spent with Buyers, Project Managers, Contracts Managers, M&E Consultants and Engineers - within Housebuiders and M&E Consulting Engineer firms. This project based sales role will see both brand new business prospecting as well as dealing with existing relationships. THE PERSON: It is essential you have experience selling products or services to regional or national Housebuilders. You'll also be driven, target focussed, with an ethical sales approach. THE COMPANY : This business has been established for 5 years, formed by Directors with a wealth of experience in this sector. The growth has been controlled and impressive, with a strategy in place to continue at the correct pace - this new role forms part of this plan.
