Overview
Our client is an extremely well established and highly reputable Construction Consultancy who are actively seeking to appoint either a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Associate Director who has demonstrable experience within the Industrial Sector. Just be clear we are talking about Metal Warehouses in the UK. Our client has identified a growing trend in the Industrial sector and as part of their growth strategy have board approval to invest heavily. This means that they have the work and established team in place to take on a Senior Quantity Surveyor and even Associate Director; so long as you have a track record of deliverying in the Industrial Sector. Due to the nature of this specialist sector our client recognises that being Office based is not logistically feasible given where sites could be. It has therefore been decided that this professional would be expected to WORK FROM HOME with minimal visits to the London office. It has also been identified that you should possess a valid driving licence and also have access to a vehicle; the sites could be off the beaten track.
