You will be selling to a range of different sized businesses from varying markets, speaking to Facilities Managers, Health & Safety Managers, Operations Directors, Business Owners, Logistic Directors. Markets will vary from retail, manufacturing, logistics and aerospace. They offer a full range of consulting services with a focus on fire risk, health & safety and electrical testing, and are now looking to expand their sales team with this search for a new Business Development Manager. For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: Strong new business proven track record is essential Field sales experience is essential You will have a strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills Self-motivated, driven and ambitious people do well here Benefits of this Business Development Manager role: £35,000 - £45,000 Base Salary £15,000 - £20,000 Uncapped Commission Fully Expensed Company Car or Allowance with a fuel card Pension, Healthcare, 25 Days Holidays, Mobile, Laptop Location : The BDM is a National role but they would prefer someone living in the Midlands
