Overview
This is a specialist role with a top national and international law firm, based in it's London offices. The firm is known for its work within the corporate, finance, commercial, restructuring, disputes and property work, and houses some exceptional lawyers. The Successful candidate will focus on the social housing finance work and also form part of the team there. The group focuses on challenging transactions from residential property owned by housing associations covering large-scale refinancing, restructuring, mergers and DCM. This is a top-tier practice. Applications are invited from property finance lawyers with significant experience in the social housing sector, ideally with at least 1 years PQE, however, the firm can move on this, dependent on experience. This is an interesting role offering exciting work and the chance to work with an award winning team and international law firm.
