This role will suit a commercially astute and knowledgeable individual who is capable of managing a complex case load of corporate transactions. The successful corporate associate will have 2 years PQE and have trained and qualified with another top-ranked law firm. The corporate M&A team advises on the full spectrum or corporate matters with key expertise in real estate, marine, energy, natural resources and professional services.
