Overview

Our client is a very successful and reputable franchise, with a focus on nurturing and development throughout their customer base. They are currently looking for a motivated and empathetic individual to take over the role of Sales Business Manager. This role will provide a varied insight into different aspects of the business, however, it's primary focus is client retention and ensuring members of the team remain pro-active and on track with business development plans. Main Responsibilities: Managing and streamlining sales processes and plans to ensure that business targets are adhered to. Attend meetings with potential and current suppliers, as well as networking at events and exhibitions. Act as the first point of call for any escalated issues and troubleshooting. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and customers. Communicate effectively with the team in order to motivate them towards common business goals. Responsibility for their Ambassador Programme Responsibility for developing show materials and the look and feel of these for both small and large shows. Liaising with the CSM to ensure marketing is driving the business objectives forwards. Reporting an overview of the business on a daily/weekly and termly basis to allow for forward planning in order to achieve targets/goals. Working with the Director on marketing strategy, brand compliance and business planning. Key Skills and Attributes: Previous experience of managing a team in a targeted environment. Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with ease. A pro-active and focused approach to keep driving business forward. Experience of working within a sales environment and implementing sales processes. Happy to travel to different supplier venues and attend events/ exhibitions. Additional Information: You will be required to work one to two weekends a month in line with the work rota.
