Overview

Division Recruitment Manager - Engineering - up to £40k package. Looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager looking for autonomy, responsibility and career progression. My client is looking for a hands-on Recruitment Manager to further develop their Engineering division. You will take responsibility for a small, high-performing team with the remit of growing both headcount and sales - it is expected that the team will grow to 25 Consultants this year. You will need to be a real self-starter with great commercial acumen - you will be maximising the potential of the existing team, hiring new Recruitment Consultants and delivering margin growth across both Contract and Permanent business. A very attractive salary and benefits package are on offer. As the Division grows you will move to Associate Director with a view to taking an MD of Engineering role in the company. You will be responsible for growing the team and delivering against ambitious growth targets. It is expected that this Division will be grow by c.20 Consultants this year.
