Overview
Division Recruitment Manager - Engineering - up to £40k package. Looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager looking for autonomy, responsibility and career progression. My client is looking for a hands-on Recruitment Manager to further develop their Engineering division. You will take responsibility for a small, high-performing team with the remit of growing both headcount and sales - it is expected that the team will grow to 25 Consultants this year. You will need to be a real self-starter with great commercial acumen - you will be maximising the potential of the existing team, hiring new Recruitment Consultants and delivering margin growth across both Contract and Permanent business. A very attractive salary and benefits package are on offer. As the Division grows you will move to Associate Director with a view to taking an MD of Engineering role in the company. PACKAGE - Division Manager - Engineering Basic of c.£40k (depending on experience) Generous commission scheme Attractive employee benefits package Great career prospects within the Group CANDIDATE - Division Manager - Engineering You will need to demonstrate solid career experience in the Engineering sector - this could be Automotive, Energy, Defence, Infrastructure, Manufacturing etc - coupled with a proven history of managing and developing a team. You will be responsible for growing the team and delivering against ambitious growth targets. It is expected that this Division will be grow by c.20 Consultants this year.
