Our client is an internationally known Private Construction and Property Consultancy who have an enviable reputation in the industry for their service delivery excellence within the M&E Quantity Surveying field. The M&E team has a specific requirement for a well rounded M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. As an M&E Quantity Surveyor you can expect to join one of the largest M&E teams in the UK, if not Europe and the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects. Our client is particularly strong within the Data Centre sector, therefore, it would be desirable if you have this experience, however, this is certainly not a pre-requisite. It should be noted that their client base is very much Blue Chip and includes some of the Worls largest technology clients. The team currently has a headcount of 45 M&E Quantity Surveyors and a key aspect in their excellent staff retention is the fact that you and your like minded peers sit on one floor and therefore can brainstorm together.
