About you: As Studio Manager (known internally as Creative Services Coordinator) you will play a pivotal role within the agency, supporting the Creative Traffic Manager, in managing the flow of creative work across the whole agency to ensure all work is completed on time, efficiently, profitability and to the highest possible creative standards. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day studio operations and traffic workflow to ensure the creative output is best in class. Working closely with conceptual creatives, designers and planners you will organise, manage and coordinate resources and the distribution of work to meet our business needs and those of our clients. You will have at least two years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with some digital experience and have knowledge of project management methodology. You will have experience in resource planning to ensure enough internal and freelance resource is available, being able to identify the most appropriate skill sets for use in quick turnaround projects. You will be a proactive and flexible individual who has a good eye for detail, a team player and an ability to work calmly under pressure. You will be comfortable working with a mixture of strong personalities and be confident at presenting and running daily stand up meetings and kick off meetings.
