Job description: The Role As an Account Manager you will be engaging with C-Level executives to develop relationships and increase spend. You duties will include: Meet and exceed sales targets Build and manage relationships with accounts in order to develop and grow, contracted revenue streams. To plan and implement a robust and innovative attraction strategy Manage your individual sales forecast ensuring the correct level of focus is applied to each opportunity identified Act as the point of escalation for major commercial / operational issues Ensuring the correct governance is applied to all Major Sales Opportunities. Ability to work well within a virtual team (Technical Pre - Sales, Service Management, Legal, BID Management etc) on larger opportunities. Provide world class customer service to drive high levels of customer satisfaction. Profile description: Along with your polished people skills you’ll bring; Ability to drive business through existing and emerging technologies. Demonstrate a successful track record in sales, ideally complex solution selling. Sound experience of liaising at a senior / board level. Demonstrable record of consistent success in a business to business sales environment. Clean driving license Thorough knowledge and experience in Telco & IT.
