Regional Sales Manager - Insurance Broking Birmingham £50,000 - £70,000, car, package, bonus Reference - JO0110 Leading from the front (surely, you’d have it to other way) your task will be to expand a mid-market development team for one of the biggest names in the market. There’s a team of Development Executives in place with various levels of experience, you’ll use your skills and experience to manage, develop and mentor, with the authority to recruit the right individuals to expand. This is an investment hire based on regional success and ambitious plans - you’ll be given a good degree of freedom and autonomy to set and deliver upon a development plan to attract and acquire clients paying fee or commission income in excess (vastly so, if possible) £10,000 per annum. This is very much a 'player-manager’ position and may suit an Account or Development Executive with the skills and ambitions to move to management.
