Job Title: Associate Surveyor (Retail Asset Services) Location: Central London (Remote Working Initially) Salary: DOE Start Date: ASAP The company Our client is a leading global real estate consultancy. They have a requirement for a proven Associate to join their London team to provide property and asset management to their retail clients and shopping centre portfolios. The position The Associate will be responsible for delivering and working in conjunction with the Director and other colleagues in the team to provide a market leading property and asset management service to their retail park clients and their Shopping Centres portfolio. This includes a wide range of services including Trading Performance via Data Analyst team, facilities and technical services management specialisms, asset & lease consultancy reporting, service charge consultancy, financial management, specialist insurance management, HSSE teams, rates mitigation and temporary leasing of vacant units, and due diligence consultancy for sales and purchases to name some. Could this role be for you? Ideally 4 years minimum post qualification (MRICS) Practical understanding of day to day commercial property experience - ideally retail Pitch & business development skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and capable of direct client management Strong IT skills Why apply?
