Overview

A successful business who have been established for over 100 years are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be tenacious and have at least 2 years’ experience of working in sales role within the automotive market. Your duties will include: You will in charge of your own diary, prioritising your work load and planning all of your own appointments. Managing existing accounts and continuing to improve growth. Integrate into the existing salesforce and contribute to Departmental KPI’s. Drive the growth and profitability of your assigned territory. Increase market share within your territory. Develop the key dealer network in your territory. Your working hours will be Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm and possibly some working of weekends due to shows and events, as and when required. Basic pay is £28,000 per annum plus bonus, commission (OTE £35,000), company car, laptop, mobile phone.
