Sales Director Basingstoke £60'000 - £75'000 Shares Pension Holiday Are you looking to spearhead the growth and development of a company already experiencing rapid growth within its sector, where you will be a shareholder in the near future? Do you want a highly autonomous role where you will be charged with developing an exciting new team, whilst playing a key role in the success of a business? This company currently experiencing a surge in business and growth are looking to bring in an experienced and entrepreneurial candidate to have a leading hand in the continual progress of the business, and work directly alongside the CEO to lead the company further towards its goals. In this role you will drive business and revenue forwards through development and maximisation of existing accounts, as well as developing new business for the company in which you will eventually have shares. With a blank canvass to work with you will also have the opportunity to develop a highly skilled sales and marketing team, in a role where you can truly stamp your mark. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience within life preservation systems, access control, fire alarm or CCTV systems, and come in with a desire to achieve within a new business.
