A firm of excellence and a global brand, our client is a first-class law firm. Managing large-scale corporate transactions including, general corporate, M&A and ECM, the corporate team is looking to expand with a new recruit. Including corporate, the firm is well known for its services disputes, private equity and financial services. As with most of the firm's practice areas, it is looking for a first-class lawyer with training from a top City firm and a broad range of corporate experience. This should be extensive and should cover the main markets in the UK and overseas, as well as trusts and investment work. Applications are invited from both junior, ideally from 1 PQE, and those more experienced, ideally, 3 PQE, as the team has the capacity to take on more than one person. This opportunity is guaranteed to offer extensive exposure to high-end corporate work.
