Programme & Service Delivery Director
Overview
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. The company are looking for exceptional and outstanding Programme & Service Delivery Directors to drive & manage the growth of the company business within one of their Management Consulting Business Practices involving Leadership & People Development, Corporate/Business Strategy, Business Processes, or Infrastructure. The primary focus for Senior Programme Directors will be to leverage their existing business contacts, skills, capabilities and thought-leadership in the Management Consulting business to generate new business and build & maintain long-term valuable relationships. Successful candidates will work, under the direction & guidance of a Chief Management Consultant or Senior Programme Director, to lead end-Client Programmes predominantly in the area of strategic business change, business processes and infrastructure development. Clear evidence of building & maintaining strategic board-level stakeholder (FT100 or S&P500), MD, CEO, CFO, COO, CIO/CTO type relationships on a long-term basis Clear evidence of successfully leading & delivering at least four Strategic Programmes in the area of Strategic Business Change, Business Processes, Application/Infrastructure with FT100 & S&P500 type clients with revenue/value in excess of £50 million Developing thought-leadership and contributing to the company ongoing development of vision, strategy, products & services At least 10 years experience in managing multi-disciplined, multi-cultural, multiple teams (Business & Technology) Outstanding interpersonal, communication & presentation skills: Must be able to present to an executive corporate board-level audience (CEO, MD, CFO, COO, CTO/CIO etc.) with integrity, credibility and gravitas Must have excellent experience in developing Senior-level Programme/Project Managers (mentoring, coaching and management) Must be degree qualified with a BA/BSc or M.B.A from a leading University or Business School Must be able to provide at least two board-level references in support of his/her application
