Overview

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Hire, lead, coach, motivate and mentor a team of client success managers to optimum levels of performance Builds & develops strong relationships with client executives and strong partnerships with the company stakeholders Defines and creates programmes to maximise outcomes at every stage of the client relationship lifecycle Effectively assigns and balances account assignments to best align with CSM skills and territory Effectively negotiates, executes, and manages client renewals Manages client escalations & develops effective mitigation plans Understand and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition, technology, processes, and partnerships as they relate to the retention and growth of existing clients Demonstrates a strong understanding of the company products & services and industry trends and best practices Provides timely performance feedback to team members Provides oversight and management to team including conducting regular one-on-ones and team meetings 10 years of experience in digital/technology client relationship management, ideally in a SaaS environment Candidates who may not have the above-listed years’ experience, but can demonstrate the necessary skills, may apply and will be considered Prior experience managing a high-performing team Demonstrated partnerships with large clients and proven track record as a trusted advisor to clients Deep understanding of the digital marketing industry with the ability to credibly articulate strategic insights for clients that are based on data/research Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and position them against competitors Leadership in developing world class client presentations/QBR Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines Willingness to travel for client meetings and internal meetings in EMEA markets Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong stakeholder management skills across a wide array of audiences
