Overview

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Understand a client or prospect’s business, situations, opportunities, problems and key issues Manage relationships and negotiate placement with the insurance market Prepare client and prospect presentations considering the impact of client profitability Work with Account Executives and Sales Team in determining appropriate solutions and structuring and pricing the deal Identify appropriate markets and determine placing strategy Create and grow relationships with underwriters in London and international markets Pricing and designing conceptual programmes Participate in information gathering exercises. Ensure ongoing compliance with the company guidelines and procedures. Ensure good relationships and communication with other the company associates. Senior broker with strong financial lines wholesale experience across the globe is essential Ability to lead a team and maintain and grow a book of business Ability to maintain and develop strong relationships with clients/local offices and insurers/underwriters Ability to interact with different teams within the company and generate cross selling opportunities Ability to identify opportunities and convert in wins Additional language would be considered a plus Proven ability to communicate with clients and insurers in a clear and effective way. Able to execute multiple tasks for numerous stakeholders in a timely manner. Strong technical understanding professional indemnity insurance.
