Overview
The Client – Head of Sales: Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well-established housing association who are looking to appoint a Head of Sales based in the Merseyside area. The Role - Head of Sales: Lead the Home Ownership Sales teams to ensure shared ownership and tenanted sales are carried out consistently Own the Home Ownership Sales Strategy, translating visions and targets into business stream plans for shared ownership and tenanted sales, specifying sales targets and other service standards as appropriate, ensuring ongoing reviews in line with business growth developments and opportunities Lead, motivate and engage with the Sales teams to ensure delivery of a high quality service to support the delivery of the Home Ownership objectives The Person - Head of Sales: Proven track record of developing and executing business growth and sales strategies within the housing sector Proven track record of leading a sales and marketing department within the Housing sector Effective presentation skills specifically to a senior audience
