Overview

You will join us as a Key Account Manager. Reporting to the Account Director you will be responsible for ensuring that the output of the delivery teams adds genuine value against the SLA in place between ROI and the clients. The overall purpose of the position is to build strong and meaningful relationships with key stakeholders within the client business. Key Account Manager Responsibilities: - Acting as the link between ROI and the client(s). - Attend monthly client review meetings and preparing all necessary information. - Ensure that ROI fully deliver on stakeholder needs and this is acknowledged by them. - Add-value to clients by providing detailed reporting and data analysis with comprehensive commentary. - Manage internal client task lists to ensure that all actions are delivered within agreed SLAs. - Provide CRM system training to clients where required. - Ensure that stakeholders hold ROI in the highest regard and believe we are by far the best partner for them. Key Account Manager Requirements: - Automotive fleet and B2B sales experience. - Strong consulting skills to understand and diagnose clients underlying needs. - Strong influencing, negotiation, closing and conflict resolution skills. - Excellent presentation skills and a professional approach to work. - Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and Power Point. There will be a requirement to travel within the role. You should be comfortable with the occasional over-night stay and should be in possession of a full driving licence.
