Duties for the Customer Service Advisor: Contacting customers who have made a loan enquiries online or internal referrals Fact finding and discussing different options available Booking appointments for an advisor to call them back Sending out correspondence Skills for the Customer Service Advisor: We would like to hear from you if you have experience working as the following: Customer Service Advisor, Outbound Sales Executive, New Business Consultant, Sales Adviser, Lead Generator, Contact Centre Advisor, Contact Centre Agent, Sales Agent, Contact Centre Executive, Contact Centre Adviser or Retail Sales or similar roles It is essential you have outbound sales experience Educated to GCSE level or similar The Package for the Customer Service Advisor: £18,000 OTE £21,000 within Uncapped Commission Opportunity to gain our CeMAP qualification BUPA Healthcare Rising holiday entitlement Fresh fruit weekly Free secure parking Great location close to transport links Access to training and development Career progression Annual awards evening Regular social nights Smart casual dress code Reward and recognition Please apply with your up to date CV
