This primer global firm is looking for a talented insolvency lawyer to work within it's highly regarding Insolvency and Restructuring team which deals with contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency work, including complex cross border disputes. You will advise on administrations and CVAs; both formal and informal procedures including; all forms of receivership and liquidation; Insolvency Act claims; trading claims and fraud; directors' duties; solvent and insolvent restructurings. If you are a common law qualified insolvency lawyer with contentious and non-contentious experience from a well regarded London, Australian, New Zealand, or other international law firm practice then this is an opportunity not to be missed.
