Telesales Executive - Maidenhead / Home Working - Up to £35,000 OTE (incl. Bonus) & Benefits A forward-thinking and industry-leading solutions provider are looking for a motivated and proactive Telesales Executive join their growing sales team. You will join a dynamic organisation at the forefront of innovation, with the aim of providing a market leading, value added service. An attractive salary plus commission is on offer, plus a great benefits package and genuine long-term progression opportunities. The business' offices are located in Maidenhead where you will be required for 2/3 days a week, with the rest of the time spent working from home. The Role As the Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound B2B calls, getting through the gatekeepers and talking to decision makers, with a focus on lead generation. You'll need to build a solid pipeline, gaining key market knowledge and reporting your findings on both a weekly and monthly basis. You will be expected to achieve your KPIs and target whilst playing a key role in the growth and development of the sales team, as well as the wider company brand. About You The ideal candidate will be a resilient and target-driven sales professional with a proven track record of excellent customer service. You will have previous experience of B2B telesales / telemarketing where you've successful delivered results and reached targets. As the Telesales Executive, you will have excellent communication skills with the ability and confidence to speak to gatekeepers and decision makers. It's essential that you can show a professional manner to build relationships and a rapport. From a technical perspective, you will have a good level of IT literacy and any previous experience of software sales is highly beneficial, but not mandatory.
