A Technical Sales Manager (Manufacturing) job opportunity has just become available, within a well-established Engineering. Overview - Develop and drive new business strategies, whilst maximising opportunities within large scale current accounts. Responsibilities include - View current accounts and ensure that Sales plans have been implemented across all areas. Identify prospect customers and make contact with key decision-makers. Manage a service plan that is aligned with customer requirements. Liaise with the internal sales/customer services team with leads and day to day project updates. Retain current customer base and expand footprint through cross/up-sell opportunities. Desirable skills/experience/attributes - Experience driving large scale sales projects to Engineering businesses. Able to showcase examples of successful strategies implemented and maintained accounts. Able to manage multiple high-value business introductions within a dynamic environment. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills. Proactive work ethic, self-driven and flexible with travel requirements. Position benefits - Competitive salary and bonus scheme of up to 20%.
