Overview

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. You’ll play a key role in working closely across the company leadership team. Lead the company team’s work with, and serve as the primary interface to the company marketing leadership and country leadership. Support the business in making good commercial decisions and executing on the company commercial strategy Work with the Account Management team to encourage participation and support of the company commercial strategy Work with the company Government Affairs and Market Access teams to advance market access efforts and provide relevant feedback to the business. Bring your positive energy, warmth, and enthusiasm for building and deepening relationships with key stakeholders  The right candidate will be skilled at working across organizational boundaries, with proven P&L management experience and excellent market-based insights in Europe Gifted at creating market momentum and aligning diverse organizations in the face of ambiguity, while prioritizing what is essential and strategic in the face of abundant alternatives Passionate about developing, coordinating and executing a vision. The company are looking for someone that is not afraid to experiment and fail. Failure is an opportunity to learn. A background in healthcare technology, market access, and commercial strategy Experience pitching complicated concepts (internally and externally), building consensus toward a goal or strategy National Health Systems, commercial payers/insurers, and market access and reimbursement Highly adept in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint.
