Let's talk about Responsibilities * Ensure all People related queries and requests are responded to in a timely manner through a tiered level of support, leveraging technology platforms, and focusing on high-quality documentation and data integrity in core HCM systems to enhance customer experience. * Respond to employee requests (such as document requests, employment form completion, onboarding/offboarding assistance), core HCM data maintenance, and validation, liaising with COE functions to support benefits administration, payroll, and other HR functions as assigned. * Explore opportunities for continuous improvement of existing processes and ways of working, serves as an escalation point for shared services support as needed. * Maintain records related to People function. activities, policy changes or additions * ER support document control for defined operations processes to ensure compliance to policy, quality and statutory requirements. * Support company diversity reporting requirements. * Communication, takes ownership and is a relentless improver, with customer empathy, and is results-oriented. * Contribute to and managing projects. * Provide advice/direction in primary areas of expertise. * Focus on the development and implementation of strategic and operational objectives that help achieve organisational mission. * Must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team. * Coach team members on performance, provide inputs for performance evaluations and might be involved in pay actions. Let's talk about Qualifications and Experience Required * Bachelor's degree * Minimum of two years of related experience * Workday experience and preparing data for input to payroll * Experienced in using knowledge management systems * Applies acquired expertise and exercises judgment to analyze and solve problems without clear precedent * Analysis of situation or data requires a review of relevant factors * Analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to analyze information to identify the root causes of problems and proposing realistic and practical solutions to address them based on knowledge and understanding of the organization and its operating environment Preferred * Excellent demonstrable knowledge of current employment laws and best practices in ER policies across European countries * Experience in a development role which includes the ability to influence all levels of leadership and drive industry-transforming practices across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels * Proficient in Excel #LI-MS1 Joining us is more than saying "yes" to making the world a healthier place.
