IT Service Desk Analyst / 1st-2nd Line Support Engineer / Didcot FTC - 12 Months / Circa £25,000 per annum We're looking for an enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst who wants to take their career to the next level. Day to day, you'll be responsible for providing 1st-2nd line support. On top of this, you will be the main focal point for the reporting, resolution and escalation of all incidents, ensuring every user has an amazing customer experience. The successful candidate will be someone who is a dynamic individual that has a passion for customer service and is proactive.
