PROPERTY MANAGER - RESIDENTIAL LEASEHOLD BLOCKS … lively and progressive team of experienced block managers property managers at well-established and growing surveyors and property managers in the Hammersmith area. In the last 12 months they have seen extensive growth in their business so if you are an experienced block manager looking for the opportunity to progress this could be the company for you You'll be looking after a mixed portfolio including some larger and some smaller leasehold blocks that are within easy reach of the office and it's a perfect opportunity for an experienced property manager who likes the idea of joining a well-established and independent block management company. Duties include: Looking after just a handful of sites all within easy reach of the office Carrying out site inspections and ensuring apartment blocks are properly maintained Instructing contractor re works required Preparing service charge budgets and monitoring service charge budgets for your portfolio Attending some AGM's and client meetings plus regular lessee contact Dealing with leaseholder enquiries, emails and correspondence Liaising with and instructing surveyors and involvement with major works We are looking for a well-organised, polished, hard-working person with good time management skills, a good attitude and a naturally friendly personality who is seeking a career opportunity.
