Client-Side Project Manager role with a Property Developer client specialising in Hotels, Residential, and Commercial portfolio Client Details Our client is a successful Property Developer specialising in Hotels, Residential, and Commercial portfolio Description Reporting to Senior Project Manager. Assist in the management of multiple hotel conversion projects. Drive projects to meet deadlines, ensure labour resources are sufficient and ensure the projects stay within budget and on program. Develop with the Senior Project Manager a detail plan to monitor schedule of works, budget, program, productivity of site team. Coordination of projects, schedules, tracking project progress and reporting results. Maintain contact with Contractors and sub-Contractors through email and phone calls, answer questions and concerns, enter program data into MS Project. Collaborate with other departments including operations, finance and asset management teams. Attending site meetings and following up on action points Hold internal meetings to monitor the project plan and present to senior management. Ability to follow directions and take initiative when required. Communicate and follow up with clients about specific projects and their goals. Visit project sites to evaluate progress and to respond to concerns or questions. Communicate with Site Construction Managers about delays and any other issues Formation of O&M manuals Profile Great communication skills and able to adapt to a fast-moving environment. Dynamic can-do attitude. Minimum 2 years project management experience (building surveying background is preferred) Understanding of project management and construction methodology. Detail-oriented multi-tasker. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. Educated to degree level in a relevant subject .
