Overview
A very exciting opportunity has emerged for an Associate Director to join a Commercial Property Advice team at Partner level based in this firms West London Offices. This role will see you undertake Commercial Valuation Surveys and Landlord and Tenant work, building consultancy and asset management services to occupiers, financial institutions and professional advisers. The successful Associate Director will be specialising in disciplines such as Compulsory Purchase Advice, Secured Lending and Capital Gains Tax Valuations. The client base will include major commercial developers and institutional investors. The Successful Associate Director- Commercial Valuations? MRICS qualified. Strong technical and analytical capability. High level client relationship skills. Report and supply property information to financial institutions. Develop internal and external network for business pipeline. In Return? £70,000 plus potential equity in the business.
