You will be confident credible and extremely good at winning new business - please hi light your figures where you apply in terms of what you have won and how. This will suit a customer orientated business development manager/ account manager who has dealt with paper or packaging manufacturing or fmcg/ pharmaceutical background. You will have the gravitas to deal with stakeholders within manufacturing, food, automotive, pharmaceutical laboratories, orthopaedics, medicines, packaging, food etc ideally paper or packaging MANUFACTURING of any sort You will have a list of achievements on your CV as to what successes you have had in your roles and how you have achieved them, e.g. facts and figures how you have increased revenue, developed clients etc. The Role Develop and nurture customer relationships with a wide range of customers which will include house hold names, FTSE blue chip customers, leading FMCG manufacturing clients. Be responsible for negotiation of price movements for products solutions and services. Identify and suggest business plans to gain additional business from existing customers and demonstrate the ability to network through clients. Responsible for forecasting customer requirements. Skills A proven track record of selling at senior level and growing major accounts. Demonstrated experience of selling in a B2B environment. Commercially astute and consultative approach to selling with project management attitude and skills in complex sales. Excellent relationship building and communication skills. Strong influencing skills with experience of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Proven track record in developing new and existing accounts. Real 'can-do' attitude. Self-motivated, Ambitious, entrepreneurial, with excellent team player skills.
