With 30 years of experience of providing channel clients with a fully integrated managed service, they are hiring for somebody to join the team to build business for there range of hardware focused services. The Role: The IT industry is growing day after day and attracts dynamic individuals who can adapt and deal with change. The role of the hardware sales executive is to develop existing relationships across the UK & Europe. The successful candidate will possess a consultative sales approach, experience gained in a technology focused environment. Duties will include: Managing a portfolio of existing spending clients, focused on selling components and other hardware focused products. Building a client base using a full range of sales techniques Maintaining and exceeding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service Accurately forecast account sales and maintain pipeline opportunity reports and CRM Develop a complete understanding of each account including divisions, business units, organisational charts, purchasing process and decision-making hierarchy Production of accurate Customer accounts plans Accountable for meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives and revenue quotas, maintaining existing and building new revenue in which the role will be weighted towards The Candidate: We are looking for a candidate that has the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and deliver first class customer service. Be proactive in your approach to work and ability to communicate effectively with others. The successful candidate will be excited about the opportunity to work with a driven team that delivers an industry leading service. It will be vital that you will have a background in working in, or selling components. E.g. CPUs, motherboards, memory and storage. Demonstrable successful IT sales development background Strong knowledge of IT products/services Can communicate with decision makers of all levels Adaptable and eager to learn about all the business services and products Ability to perform well under pressure and in difficult situations where desired results and outcomes must be achieved Strong business acumen and executive presence
