Overview
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. As the General Manager, one of your focuses will be the management of new business, including visiting prequalified prospects, to pitch for and win new business. You will also provide overall leadership for the business. You must be able to provide strategic direction, read and interpret financial figures, manage senior members of staff and report to the shareholders with regards to the performance of the business. The successful candidate will be driven, tenacious and detailed. You will also need to be able to provide leadership to others as this role manages both employees and subcontractors/ Previous experience in B2B marketing and PR is essential although not necessarily at this appointment level. Applicants will be excpected to demonstrate their skills and provide examples of where they have overcome adversity. This role involves some international travels.
