Growth & Development Manager – Independent Agency – London A lovely opportunity has arisen for a Growth & Development Manager; the role would suit someone who is currently a SAE or JAM at a marketing agency. They are specialists in sports and entertainment and offer expertise in the fields of experiential and sponsorships. They work in partnership with some of the best and most iconic brands, properties and talents. The Growth & Development Manager role In this position, you will sit within the Growth & Development team. You’ll have a higher profile than a typical account handling role with exposure to all levels of people within the agency. You’ll be helping with the pitch process; producing top-quality decks, responding to RFIs. You’ll be supporting the execution of the comms strategy through the agency website, social channels, press and events. You’ll be the brand guardian; overseeing all external marketing materials for the agency. Requirements Strong agency background (experiential and / or sponsorship experience would be beneficial) Previous / current line management experience Someone who works in an agile and adaptable manner Excellent attention to detail Good understanding of agency processes Salary and benefits Salary is up to £31k, dependent on experience.
