Overview
Carriera is recruiting for a world-renowned organisation who specialise in the commercial, real estate sector. Our client operates in 30 countries and is considered as a powerhouse within the private sector. The building surveying team form part of the wider building consultancy division and provide a range of project and professional advice to clients ranging from occupiers, through to investors, funds, major banks and other large private corporate organisations. The business is offering a unique platform for an associate director who is looking for a 12-month fixed term contract working four days a week. The role will see you overseeing a number of commercial instructions, ranging from CAT A to CAT B fit outs, through to surveys and other professional related advice such as dilapidations or pre acquisition surveys. You will also be responsible fo developing relationships with new and existing clients, contributing to the firm’s growth and revenue objectives, working with some of the UK's most esteemed organisations. The ideal candidate will be MRICS with experience in managing large commercial projects within the CAT A & CAT B space, who possess strong technical knowledge and is client facing. You will inherit and a strong pipeline of project work, so it is imperative that you are an affective communicator, who can manage a small team, balance projects, whilst maintaining a great level of duty and care to the client.
