Overview
This position as a Development Assistant a great opportunity for someone embarking on a career in Charity Fundraising as a Development Assistant. This role is within an Educational Charity working closely with senior managers and the wider team to build a more engaged and connected community within this organisation’s wider fields, with the aim to increase the profile and promote generosity. Key responsibilities include Ensuring the relationships are being strengthened within Alumni communities, also gaining engagement from online channels. securing new Alumni volunteering opportunities Supporting the wider team teams in organising meetings and sending out information to current donors Undertake and organise team related event administration including development of guest lists, invitation printing, running orders and guest profiles Attending organised events The ideal candidates would have experience in these areas Experience of working in a fundraising or customer service environment Knowledge of database systems and reporting on such data Highly organised, able to plan and prioritise effectively If you feel like this role is the new challenge you have been searching for please do apply as soon as possible as the position will be moving quickly.
