Overview
William Fox are delighted to be working with one of the UK's well known and largest new home builders. Are you currently working on a new homes site and looking for a change or are you an estate agent looking to move into the new homes sector? either way, get in touch ASAP The role: Ensuring the development/show home is always clean and tidy ready for viewings Follow up all enquiries from prospective buyers and arrange viewings Recommend solicitors and mortgage brokers to potential purchasors Progress the sale through from offer to completion Arrange and be involved in marketing including events Provide excellent customer service at all time You will: Have experience in either new homes or property sales Have excellent customer service skills Be happy working with sales targets Have a full UK driving licence and own car Be IT literate
