If you want to be a part of one of the fastest growing and largest healthcare provider in the UK this is the role for you Salary £30,000 OTE £50,000 09:00 AM - 17:00 PM Mon - Fri 20 days holiday BH Office is in an accessible location in the heart of Birmingham Centre Travel arrangements expensed Responsibilities Procuring insourcing contracts by working with key personnel within trusts, clinical commissioning groups and primary care organisations Attending of appointments on a daily basis all over the UK Develop and deliver sales presentations Deliver targeted amount of customer visits following robust business plan and prioritisation process Delivering contracts within minimum margin requirements Assist with the mobilisation of new services including development of project plans in line with business processes Identify new revenue opportunities within the public health sector and opportunities to grow existing contracts Attending regular field sales meetings and attending industry events as required Represent the organisation at meetings and feedback information to the team Field sales role, traveling within the UK About you? Proven experience being able to close sales in new business development role (field based) Previous experience of public sector sales/procurement/bid writing A proven track record of winning bids with a long sales cycle Highly motivated and organised with the ability to own a bid/project The ability to understand and engage all key stakeholders in bids A high level of negotiating, presentation and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints Knowledge of sales methodology Microsoft office skills Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time Detail oriented Clean driving license Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity apply today Interviews are taking place next week Randstad Business Support acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
